At Tela Firma, we couldn't agree more. In the age of high-speed Internet access, where information is available at a moments notice from multiple sources, users simply will not tolerate poorly functioning (or worse, non-functioning) Web sites. If a user has to download a plug-in just to see the information they are looking for, they will leave and find it elsewhere. If they are bombarded by error messages from improperly written scripts, they will look for another site that does not cause errors.
